Layered map view
Navigating your luminaires is now even more intuitive. You can now switch between the standard map, dimming schedule, optics, and color temperature, giving you a more detailed view of your environment. This allows you to locate and manage luminaires more quickly and easily.

A new ticketing system for support
Would you like to report an issue, request assistance, or share feedback? Our new ticketing system is ready for you. Submit requests directly from within GRIP by clicking the ‘Report an issue’ button and stay informed about their progress. This makes communication with our support team more efficient than ever. You can also manually open a support ticket by sending an email to support@sustainder.com.
Activity log
An activity log and the ability to store notes have been a frequently requested feature by municipalities where multiple colleagues collaborate within a single GRIP environment. A detailed activity log is now available under the ‘Information’ tab, where all changes to a luminaire or Node are automatically recorded and clearly displayed. In the same ‘Information’ tab, we’ve also added a space to digitally store notes and comments directly within GRIP.
Smart filter
We have redesigned the filter bar at the top of the screen and added a new Smart Filter, allowing you to easily find luminaires based on specific characteristics. The Smart Filter can be used to specifically identify luminaires equipped with a camera, motion sensor, or gateway.

As always, we are committed to making GRIP faster, safer, and more reliable. This update includes various performance enhancements, security upgrades, and functional improvements to ensure your experience runs as smoothly as possible.
